It’s a known fact that New York City is one of my favorite places on this planet. I love everything about it, the tall buildings, the fast pace, the street vendors trying to sell you anything and everything, the FOOD, everything. So when it came to deciding where to celebrate my golden birthday it didn’t take much thought as to where we should go. Four best friends took on the city that never sleeps and of course I documented it through pictures, pictures and more pictures.
First stop, The High Line. If you’ve never been, get there! It’s an elevated walkway that used to be an old railroad. You can actually see the railroad throughout your walk and at some parts can walk on the old tracks. How cool is that!?
Can I just stay here all day please?
One of my favorite spots along The High Line.
Great area to relax and of course take pictures, located at 17th street and 10th avenue. Grab a popsicle from People’s Pops and enjoy the view!
Ali, Lindsey, me and Jimena. Successful first stop in NYC!
More to come on tomorrow’s post. It’s late and there’s too much New York to put into one post!
