Noble Crust: St. Pete, FL

You know when you walk into a new restaurant you’ve never been to before, and you’re automatically drawn into the space? From the trendy decor to the fun atmosphere, everything about it has your attention and you already know you’ve made the right decision by stopping in. Yeah, this is that kind of place. Welcome to Noble Crust.

A fusion between Italian and Southern, what’s not to love about this new hot spot!? The chef puts a fun twist on the dishes and leaves you wanting to come back for more. While over in St. Pete the other weekend we stopped in for brunch after hearing so many good things about it. We grabbed an empty seat at the bar and took to the menu, pointing out and going back and forth between all the different dishes that caught our eye.

Starting off brunch with a mimosa is a must and the Noble Mimosa was just what we needed to get our day going.

You guys know I love a good Eggs Benedict for brunch. I can’t get enough of them, especially when we go somewhere that has a fun twist on the original. Noble Crust has just that, and not just one, but they’ve got three variations of the Eggs Benedict. I chose the Southern Benedict, with poached eggs, country ham, fried green tomatoes, brown butter hollandaise and a buttermilk biscuit. YES. And they come with a side of four cheese grits. Trust me, just get them.

Greg’s one of those people that goes to brunch and gets lunch (major eye roll). He went with the Chicken Fried Chicken Parm. I’m not a huge fan of Chicken Parm, I know I know, call me crazy. But this one was both flavorful and delicious. I mean, look at all that cheesy goodness you guys.

I’m dying to get back over to Noble Crust to give their dinner a try, especially the pizza, and sit out on their year-round patio. With two locations, the original restaurant in St. Pete and the newest addition in Wesley Chapel (with more to come, YAY!) you’ve got to stop in and give these guys a try.
